A Save-A-Lot employee is accused of taking upskirt videos of a female shopper.

On May 4, Brooksville Police say a woman caught David Botts kneeling down next to her with his phone activated. Officers interviewed Botts, who confessed to trying to take images of the woman under her dress. A search of Botts’ phone revealed no photos or video.

On May 12, police interviewed Botts again. They say he confessed to videotaping the victim multiple times on the day of the incident. A more thorough search of his phone turned up several deleted videos of the victim.

Botts faces two counts of video voyeurism. His bond is set at $4,000.
