ZEPHYRHILLS, FL (WFLA) -

When 18-year old Leo Harvey spray painted graffiti in the bathrooms of two Zephyrhills parks, he probably shouldn't have bragged about it on Facebook. It was that posting that led to his arrest.

According to the arrest report, a Zephyrhills Police Officer contacted Harvey's father who told him about the posting on Facebook. He confronted his son about the posting, and the report says his son admitted spray painting the graffiti in the bathrooms at Krusen Park and Zephyr Park in Zephyrhills. After his arrest, Harvey admitted to the crimes to the officers, police say.

They transported him to the Pasco County Jail on Saturday charging him with two counts of criminal mischief. Deputies at the jail released him later that day after he posted bond.
