    The Tampa Bay Rays have announced four acts for the 2014 Summer Concert Series: Weezer, The O’Jays, Imagination Movers and The Wiggles. Each concert is free with the purchase of that date’s game ticket and will begin following the conclusion of that date’s game.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (WFLA) - The Tampa Bay Rays opens its 2014 season with a first pitch at 4:10 p.m. Monday at Tropicana Field. The Rays kicks off its regular season Monday with a four-game home stand against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Air Force Col. Scott V. DeThomas, Commander, 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, will throw the ceremonial first pitch prior to the start of the game. 

Pitcher David Price will take to the mound for the Rays on Opening Day.Expectations are high for the Rays to contend for the challenging American League East division, which includes the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox.
