5 Tampa Bay restaurants honored for perfect inspections

     Rodents and roaches were a common problem at some Tampa Bay restaurants the week of March 10-14, 2014. Inspectors temporarily closed two restaurants listed in our report, including the MOSI Cafe.

Five Tampa Bay restaurants are receiving kudos from the state for not having any safety or sanitation violations during recent inspections.The following businesses in Hillsborough, Polk and Sarasota counties were recognized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for their "outstanding results."

  • Hillsborough County: Gulf Coast Grill, 6th Floor, 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa
  • Polk County: Bean & Grape Cafe, 1133 1st St. S., Winter Haven
  • Sarasota County: Concession Pantry Areas 205, 206, 208, 2700 12th St., Sarasota
