Manatee/Sarasota Sweetbay stores to become Winn-Dixie

Three Sweetbay stores in Sarasota and two stores in Bradenton will become Winn-Dixie stores. Three Sweetbay stores in Sarasota and two stores in Bradenton will become Winn-Dixie stores.

8 Sweetbay stores in the Tampa Bay area will soon become Winn-Dixie stores.

Three Sarasota stores, two Bradenton stores, two stores in Venice and one store in Englewood are among 17 in the Tampa and Ft. Myers-Naples area that will undergo changes, according to Bi-Lo Holdings, the company which owns the stores.

Bi-Lo Holdings announced the changes on Monday.

The following Sweetbay stores will close on Saturday, March 22 and reopen on Friday, March 28 as Winn-Dixie stores.
