TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

Walking into Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa you might feel like you're on set at the Discovery Channel series, MythBusters. The new exhibit helps guests use some of the same methods at the host of the Emmy-nominated show.

Curious kids and adults can solve questions like will you get more wet walking or running through the rain? If you pull a tablecloth from a fully set table, will the dishes stay standing? Can you kill with a playing card?

"My favorite part of the MythBusters exhibition is the Running in the Rain exhibit. This is a myth that they tried to bust twice on the TV show and both times they came up with different results," said Shannon Herbon with the museum. "Now, they have an enormous sample of people performing the experiment and logging their results on the exhibition website. It’s truly science for the masses, in a fun and interactive way."

The grand finale and guest favorite is dodging a paintball. MOSI employees give you a shield and padded coat to test the myth about whether it is possible to "dodge a bullet."

"The exhibition has been very successful," Herbon said. "Everyone who comes leaves talking animatedly about their experience. You don’t have to be a fan of the TV show."
