NC prisoner charged with throwing fecal matter on officer

RAEFORD, N.C. -

A Hoke County prisoner is charged with malicious conductafter throwing fecal matter on a guard.

Trevonte Parker, 17, was arrested Monday and charged withmalicious conduct by a prisoner at the Hoke County Detention Center. Parker isunder a $1,000 secured bond.

The Hoke County Sheriff's Office said that on Jan. 11,Parker threw the fecal matter at a detention officer when the officer wastrying to collect the inmate's laundry through the cell door.
