KINGSPORT, TN (WJHL) - More than four months after the crime, Kingsport Police are still trying to find the two men who violently robbed a business and stole a clerk's car.

November 1, 2013, two men walked into Cash Express on West Stone Drive, flashed guns, and demanded cash.

But it didn't end there.

Police said the men forced a clerk to the ground, handcuffed the clerk, then stole another employee's car.

Surveillance camera images showed the men were identically dressed in red hooded sweatshirts, jeans, and white gloves.

Although that car was found, the two robbers have not been located.

Kingsport Police hope a $5,000 reward will lead to a tip that will result in an arrest.

Here's an earlier report on the crime.

According to the Federal Trade Commission, "Scammers use cameras, keypad overlays, and skimming devices - like a realistic-looking card reader placed over the factory-installed card reader on an ATM or gas pump - to capture the information from your card's magnetic strip without your knowledge and get your PIN."
