Sheriff: Tampa boy abducted by mother

TAMPA, FL (WFLA) - The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding a missing juvenile believed to have been abducted by his mother.

Officials are trying to locate 11-year-old Domenico Pandolfo of 14211 Shadow Moss Lane #201 in Tampa, believed to have been taken by his mother 42-year-old Merrilee MacArthur.

The juvenile's parents were in the process of getting a divorce and Domenico's father had received full custody in the court. On November 14, 2013, Merrilee MacArthur went to Pizzo Elementary and checked Domenico out of school. He has not been seen since. According to Domenico's father, he believes that Merrilee may have taken Domenico out of state and is in the company of his mother and her boyfriend, James Dupree.

Domenico is described as white male, 5', 105 lbs., green eyes and brown hair. 

Merrilee MacArthur is described as white female, 5'5", 130 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes.

James Dupree is described as black male, 5'10", 195 lbs. Brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with any information reference the suspects or missing juvenile is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200 or anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of these individuals and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477), report anonymously online at or text "CSTB plus your tip" to C-R-I-M-E-S (274637).
