    Police are asking for your help in finding a missing Russell County man.
    Police are asking for your help in finding a missing Russell County man.
KINGSPORT, TN (WJHL) - Kingsport Police are asking for help looking for a missing man. 

Tommy Lee Neff was last seen leaving his home on Lomax Street in Kingsport around 10 AM Tuesday morning March 4, 2014. 

Police say based on some personal information received by law enforcement regarding Neff, there is some cause for concern for his safety. 

Investigators are asking people to keep their eyes open.
