TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

Some Bay area homeowners are ready to roll out the red carpet for Bollywood's biggest celebrities, of course, for a price.

Martha Shepley of Florida Pride Homes says she's working with about a dozen homeowners who hope to rent out their multi-million dollar properties the week the International Indian Film Academy Awards will be in Tampa in April.

"The demand is huge for high end properties," she said.

Shepley took News Channel 8 on a tour of a south Tampa waterfront home that's on the market for $2.45 million. It could be all yours for Bollywood week for $22,000. It's 5600 square feet with five bedrooms and comes with a boat and a captain.

Shepley is also trying to help Alan Bridges rent his 19th-story penthouse on Harbour Island for an undisclosed price.

"It's location, location, location," said Bridges. "It's really set up for entertainment and to have fun."

Bridges calls the home, he's also trying to sell, the "ultimate man cave." His week-long rental will include use of ten plasma TVs, a custom pool table, Playboy pinball machine, even a 25-foot competition shuffleboard table.

Shepley is not new to the high-end short term rental business. She made $20,000 off her own Davis Islands estate during the RNC. She's vows to roll out the red carpet again for anyone interested in renting it or any of her other listings.

"We have chefs, private planes, yachts... anything they want to schedule for their stay," she explained.

More modestly priced homes are also advertised on the Internet for Bollywood week, including a $55/night rental in Seminole Heights.

India's version of the Oscars will host events in Tampa from April 23-26.

Melanie and Jeffrey Cornwell should have been getting a tax break for years on part of the homestead property in Dunedin they call their "little piece of Heaven." But due to a mistake at the Pinellas Property Appraiser's Office, they won't see any rebates for previous taxes, just a break on future tax bills.
