Vanilla Ice brings back 'Go Ninja, Go' for mac n'cheese ad

Posted: Updated:
Rapper Vanilla Ice is resurrecting his famous song "Go Ninja, Go" for a macaroni and cheese commercial.

Kraft Macaroni and Cheese posted two videos on their YouTube channel.  One is a commercial for new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle-shaped pasta.  Vanilla Ice, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, acted in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Secret of the Ooze" in 1991.  Ice also performed the Ninja Rap, also known as "Go Ninja, Go", in one of the film's more famous scenes.

In the commercial, Ice is restocking shelves with Kraft products and singing "Go Ninja, Go" under his breath.  A mother approaches with her young son, recognizes Ice, and starts singing along.  Then she starts dancing along, much to the embarrassment of her son, who eventually grabs the mac n'cheese out of her hand and pushes the cart away.

Kraft also posted a longer "behind the scenes" video from the making of the new commercial.  You can watch both videos by clicking above!
