Investigators say Rivell was traveling north in the inside lane in her 1994 Ford Mustang when for unknown reasons the vehicle veered to the left and exited the roadway. The right side of the car struck the guardrail and turned over.

The vehicle came to rest in the southbound center of the grass median.

The official cause of the crash is still under investigation. According to Rivell’s Facebook page she is originally from Jacksonville and was a nursing student at the University of South Florida.

It turns out the subject of an Eight On Your Side investigation of a local travel club has another claim to fame. He's at the heart of a "magic diet pill" promoted by Dr. Oz and vilified by the FTC.That means Nicholas Congleton is at the heart of two business schemes that are under investigating by state and federal consumer protection authorities for misleading or taking advantage of unwitting customers.
