A New Jersey photographer is hoping to give a surprise belated wedding gift to a couple who wed about 10 years ago in New York.

The problem is, she has no idea who the couple is.

Kristen Frank says she was working at a film lab in New York City about ten years ago when a woman came in with a camera that she said she found on the subway. The woman asked if Frank wanted to buy it from her, so Frank gave her $5.

Inside the camera was a roll of film.  Frank processed it at the lab and the photos turned out to be from someone's wedding.

Frank says she kept the photos, hoping to someday find the couple.

"There was no Facebook then, and I had no idea how to find these people, but I hoped someday, I would figure it out. Being a photographer, I never threw those negatives away. And now that I have my own film scanner, and social media, I am determined to reunite these precious images with the couple," said Frank on her Facebook page.

So, take a look at the photos. Do you recognize anyone in them?

Share the photos to spread the word and perhaps we'll end up doing a follow-up story about the couple who finally got to see their wedding photos... a decade after their wedding.

If you think you recognize anyone in the photos, contact Kristen on her Facebook page  or give her a call at (646) 462-2442.
