LITHIA, FL (WFLA) -

A citizen complaint led to the discovery of a mobile meth lab and loaded guns in a lot next to Pinecrest Elementary School in Lithia on Thursday.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies say they found two tents that contained ammunition, one loaded rifle, one unloaded rifle, a loaded handgun and several products used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Deputies removed the guns from the tents and then waited to see if anyone would show up. Trinity Tucker, 37, drove onto the property in his truck with Michelle Kolvinsky in the passenger seat, according to the HCSO.

Both went inside the tents and were met by deputies when they left. Kolvinsky was removed from the property and Tucker was arrested and taken to Orient Road Jail.

Sheriff's deputies say Tucker had a concealed loaded automatic handgun and methamphetamine at the time of arrest.

Deputies think he had been living on the property for about 4-to-6 weeks. The wooded lot is Hillsborough County Parks property and was closed to the public.

Tucker was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, armed trespassing on school property, armed trespassing on Hillsborough County property, manufacturing of methamphetamine, possession of controlled substances within 1000 feet of a school, unsafe storage of a firearm.

Melanie and Jeffrey Cornwell should have been getting a tax break for years on part of the homestead property in Dunedin they call their "little piece of Heaven." But due to a mistake at the Pinellas Property Appraiser's Office, they won't see any rebates for previous taxes, just a break on future tax bills.
