One of the residents told the authorities he was upset with the management company, according to the Tampa Fire Marshal investigation.

TFR crews responded to the reports of fire at the Mar Plaza Apartments at 4817 E. Temple Heights Road in Tampa about 10 p.m. Sunday. When the crews arrived they found smoke coming from an upstairs unit in Building B of the two-story living complex.
