NEW PORT RICHEY, FL (WFLA) -

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is seeking information about a missing mother and her two children.

If you see or make contact with Garret Bruce, 33, his wife Jennifer Bruce, 28, and their children Dillon Bruce, 7, and Brett Bruce, 5, contact your local law enforcement agency.

Investigators say sometime between 4 p.m. on Jan. 10 and 1:45 p.m on Jan. 12, New Port Richey resident Jennifer Bruce ended all contact with her close friends and family.

While attempting to make contact with her, authorities discovered that Jennifer, her two sons, Brett and Dillon Bruce, and her husband, Garrett Bruce, were nowhere to be found despite their only vehicle being located at the residence.

The family's home at 4201 La Pasida showed no signs of foul play or evidence that the family had gathered their belongings for a planned relocation.

Investigators say Jennifer took her children out of Long Leaf Elementary, on Jan. 10.

Prior to the family's disappearance, Garret Bruce was facing criminal charges in Pinellas County for DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. He was out on bond for these charges and was being supervised by the bondsman via an ankle bracelet, which he removed, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities say Garrett Bruce failed to respond to a bond hearing on Jan. 27.

It turns out the subject of an Eight On Your Side investigation of a local travel club has another claim to fame. He's at the heart of a "magic diet pill" promoted by Dr. Oz and vilified by the FTC.That means Nicholas Congleton is at the heart of two business schemes that are under investigating by state and federal consumer protection authorities for misleading or taking advantage of unwitting customers.
