Ferrari stolen from Fayetteville home

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

A 2004 Spider Ferrari was stolen from a Fayetteville resident during a breaking and entering on Jan. 9, according to police.

Police said an unknown number of suspects entered a residence in the 1900 block of Dante Lane by forcing open a window. The suspect(s) gathered jewelry and electronics before finding the keys to a 2004 Spider Ferrari.

The suspect(s) fled the scene in the Ferrari, police said.

Fayetteville police confirmed the Ferrari was later recovered.

Detectives are requesting the public's assistance in identifying the suspect who may have been observed driving the vehicle after it had been stolen.
