2014 Tarpon Springs Epiphany: road closures, parking

Organizers expect up to 30,000 people to attend the 2014 Epiphany celebration in Tarpon Springs, which means you can expect some traffic delays and road closures in the area.

The following roads will be closed from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 6-
  • Pinellas Ave. /Alt. 19 between Pine and Lemon Streets
  • Tarpon Ave. from Ring Avenue to Spring Bayou
  • Spring Blvd. between Orange and Court Streets
If you plan on attending Epiphany, there are two public parking lots in the area-
  • Lemon Street and Safford Avenue
  • Safford Avenue and Orange Street.
The Epiphany procession will begin on E. Orange Street next to the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral. It will continue to the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail and then will turn onto E. Tarpon Avenue and will end at Spring Bayou.
