The woman who recorded on her cell phone, a kissing encounter with the director of a Pinellas drug rehab program, is back behind bars.

The recording prompted the Pinellas drug court to stop sending female clients to the program called Simply Hope.

It also motivated the public defender to remove all women it was housing in Simply Hope halfway houses.

27-year-old Jetta Deitchman is charged with possession, sale and delivery of the drug hydromorphone, a derivative of morphine, as well as a violation of probation.

In November of 2012 the Pinellas County drug court ordered Deitchman to the Simply Hope drug rehab program.

Deitchman told investigators that in March of 2013, the director of the program, Ray Harris, sexually abused her

In April, on the advice of a previous attorney, she secretly recorded on her cell phone an encounter with Harris.

An encounter in which Harris kisses her repeatedly.

"You think this is a good idea? What if someone..,"Deitchman is heard saying on the recording.

"Nobody's coming here, heh heh," Harris said.

After recording the encounter, Deitchman ran from the Simply Hope program, violating her probation.

Her current attorney Roger Futerman says she stayed clear of drugs until her arrest in late November.

She faces a hearing later this week.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says it conducted a criminal investigation of Harris and forwarded its investigation to the state attorney.

According to one source the state is still investigating Harris and will meet with alleged victims soon.
