Auburn automobile burglary arrest

On December 7, 2013, officers of the Auburn Police Division responded to a residence located in the 1300 Block of North College Street, Auburn, Alabama in reference to an automobile burglary that had just occurred. The suspect was observed fleeing on foot and a description was given to police. Shortly afterwards, an individual matching the description was contacted in the immediate area by Auburn Patrol Officers. Stephen William Blalock, alias, 24 years old, from Auburn, Alabama, was identified as the suspect and was subsequently arrested for Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle. Blalock was transported to the Lee County Detention Facility where he was further processed and a bond was set for $3,000.00. Further investigation and charges are pending.
