Caught on Camera: Kangaroo loose on highway

MIDLAND, TX - Several people called 911 Tuesday night to report they saw a kangaroo hopping down a busy highway in Midland, Texas.

Sheriff Gary Painter said the kangaroo hopped along highway 158 from around Tom Craddick Highway to 191.

The Midland County Sheriff's Office and the Midland Police Department responded to help corral the wild animal.

Sheriff Painter said the owner was able to capture the kangaroo.
