With fall and back-to-school being such a busy time, followed by the frantic holiday rush, people are more stressed than ever this time of year - and exhausted!  On top of this, millions suffer from sleep trouble to begin with and poor sleep contributes to low energy during the day.  Kimberly Olson aka "FitKim" is here to give us some great ways to get natural energy and help us sleep better.

1. Lemon Water / Alkaline Foods
Add more alkaline foods to your diet and your whole body starts to wake up, repair, fight, and become a power-house of healing and rejuvenating. Lemon is one of the most alkaline foods around!
 
2. "Brain Fog"
Exhaustion can be very frustrating, especially when you have so much to get done - school projects, baking, shopping, etc! One thing commonly experienced with exhaustion is that not-quite-defined "brain fog."Kim will share info on certain superfoods that help with focus and energy.
 3.   Daily Nutrition
To obtain and sustain healthy energy levels, you need to start with good daily routine of eating well…and it's not too late!  Small changes you make in your daily diet can have quick and lasting results.
4. Sleep & Relaxation
Sleeping is an important aspect in our daily routine and overall well-being.  A good night's sleep is essential for a healthy life and daily energy.  Kim will share tips to help with getting a better night's rest, even if you usually have trouble in this area.
