Second Brandon murder victim identified

The second victim in double murder in Brandon on October 10th has been identified. Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies said the victim is  23-year-old Jennifer Kalb of Brandon.

Authorities said they identified her through DNA testing.

Detectives say, Kalb's friend 25-year-old Lindsay Green was reported missing by family members after she didn't pick her son up from daycare on October 9th.

Deputies found Green's and Kalb's bodies in Green's townhome on Highland Ridge Circle. Investigators say the women were murdered and a fire was set to cover the murders up.

Charles Martinez, 24, was identified as a person of interest in the case. He would turn himself in on October 11th at the Hillsborough County Courthouse. Martinez was booked into the Orient Road Jail on unrelated outstanding warrants for home invasion robbery and false imprisonment. Martinez has not been charged in the murders.
