A true history unfolds in this autobiography which will be featured at this year's California Library Association Book Fair in Long Beach on November 3-5
GROVE CITY, Ohio, Oct. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Some may think that being in a car crash would end it all. Some may have lost hope. But for author Mike Straight, he has found it to be a reason to inspire others. And in this memoir, he shares his personal story of seeing and experiencing the Good, Better, Best moments in life. He invites everyone to open his life journal from his early teenage years to his adult life, and witness his successes, failures, good times, bad times, 1st job, attempts at college, his faith, and his love.
Mike Straight believes that there's a time and place for everything (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). When he began to play organized football in the eighth grade, he thought it was great, until he found out he was over their weight limit. He fought, practiced, trained, and lost the weight. From then on, he began to excel in football throughout high school, even had a scholarship for O.S.U. and a girlfriend. But during his high school senior year, he was in a car crash and became handicapped. But this didn't stop him from being the best he can be – and that's what he wants to share to all, encouraging others through his life.
