POLK COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - Jose Baez, the defense attorney who represented Casey Anthony, will now represent one of the young Polk County girls accused of bullying a classmate to the point of suicide.

NBC News has learned that Baez will represent Katelyn Roman, the 12-year-old charged with aggravated stalking in the Rebecca Sedwick case.  Sedwick jumped to her death after what her mother calls relentless cyberbullying.

Jose Baez defended Casey Anthony when she was on trial for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2011.  She was found not guilty of first-degree murder, manslaughter, and aggravated child abuse on July 5.  However, she was found guilty of lying to law enforcement.
