WALDORF, Md., Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tri-County Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: TCFC) (the "Company"), the holding company for Community Bank of Tri-County, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about October 31, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 22, 2013.
