Hillsborough deputies search for fatal hit and run driver

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - Hillsborough County deputies are searching for a Chrysler 300 vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit and run accident just after 11 pm last night. Authorities say 59 year old Shelley Ann Grimes was walking west across Providence Road within the north crosswalk at the intersection of Providence Ridge Road Boulevard when she was struck by the car that fled south on Providence Road.
 Investigators say the car was occupied by at least three people and is missing it's drivers side rear view mirror. The car may also have damage to the hood and windshield. Anyone with information on the hit and run is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
