Gas prices down in Florida

Posted: Updated:

Gas prices continue to fall in Florida and across the nation according to GasBuddy.com.

According to the website, the prices have fallen just over 5 cents per gallon last week. GasBuddy says the average price for regular unleaded in Florida is $3.33 per gallon.

According to the GasBuddy's daily survey, prices on Sunday were 35.7 cents per gallon cheaper than the same day one year ago and were 22.2 cents cheaper per gallon than one month ago.

GasBuddy.com Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan says gasoline prices are dropping nationally.

"Gasoline prices continue to erode with 12 states that are seeing prices under $3 a gallon," he said. "And more states will join in on that over the next seven days."
