Fayetteville Kangaroo convenience store robbed, police look for 2 suspects

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Police in Fayetteville are looking for two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a Kangaroo convenience store at 3122 Fort Bragg Road.

The robbery took place after 4 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24. An Investigation into the incident revealed that two unknown black men entered the store and acted like they were customers. One of the suspects walked up to the counter, showed the clerk a box cutter-style knife and demanded money.

The second suspect also approached the counter at this time and began taking cigarettes from behind the counter.

The suspects left the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
