RALEIGH, N.C. -

A Cary man was sentenced to 25 years in prison on charges of producing child porn.

Kyle Martin Inch was arrested in October 2011 for transferring pornographic images on the Internet. After forensic examination, police found lewd photos of Inch and a 12-year-old boy engaging in sexual acts.

The photos were taken over a period of two years. Police took 195 images from Inch's computer hard drive.

In February 2013, Inch was indicted on charges of manufacturing/producing child pornography, receiving child pornography and possession of child pornography. In May, he pleaded guilty to one count of manufacturing and producing child pornography.

Inch was sentenced to 25 years in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised released.
