Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe For Dogs

1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
1 tsp Gluten-Free Baking Powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup water or unsalted broth (chicken or beef)

Ideas For Dog Friendly Toppings:

Mashed, cooked sweet potatoe
Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Carrot
Plain, cooked chicken breasts, cubed
Cooked, ground turkey or lean ground beef
Cooked Broccoli
Cooked Cauliflower
Red Bell Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray deep dish pie pan or pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.  In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, spices. baking powder and flaxseed meal.  Add water or broth and stir with wire whisk or spoon until lumps disappear.  Spread crust mixture into the pan.  Bake in oven for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and add desired toppings.  Place back into oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.  Take out of the oven and cool completely at room temperature before serving.  Never give your dog hot food!
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen in a ziploc bag for up to two months.
