Daytime Gluten Free After School Snacks

Dairy and Gluten Free After-School Snacks from Two Prince Bakery

Peanut butter banana coins

Ripe bananas
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
1/4 cup chia seeds

Whip peanut butter and maple syrup using electric or hand mixer.

Pipe peanut butter mixture into frosting bag with frosting tip attached

Slice bananas into coins
Top each one with the peanut butter mixture Sprinkle chia seeds on top.


Patriotic fruit kabobs

1 container fresh organic strawberries
1 container organic blueberries
1/2 cup mini dairy free gluten free marshmallows
Fancy bamboo skewers

1 cup coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon agave
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Citrus splash (orange or lemon)

Skewer fruit alternating between the strawberries, blueberries and Marshmallows onto the bamboo skewers

Combine yogurt, agave, and splash of citrus for dipping serve in hollowed 1/2 orange

Top with shredded coconut and serve.
