JCPD arrest man who used car and other means to vandalize an ex-girlfriend's car, causing $5,000 in damage.

JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) -

Johnson City Police arrested 34 year old Adonis William Wingo, Bluff City, TN.  JCPD charged Wingo with vandalism over $500.  Police tell us they responded to a hit and run call late Saturday night, but when they arrived on the scene they discovered Wingo had vandalized his ex-girlfriend's car.  Police say he used another vehicle, along with other means, to extensively damage the victim's vehicle.  The estimated value of the damage is $5,000.  Wing was transported to the Washington County Detention Center.  His bond is set at $10,000.
