Winter Haven Police looking for missing woman

Posted: Updated:

The Winter Haven Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 48-year-old woman who has not been heard from since Saturday.

Detectives say Elizabeth Paige Cornelison was last seen at her residence at 650 Ave A, SE in Winter Haven at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.

They say she spoke to her mother on the phone at approximately 9:30 a.m. telling her she was going to look for garage sales. At that time, she was in the area of Lake Howard near a McDonalds.

Police say Cornelison is a white female, 5'3" - 5'4" and roughly 150 pounds.  They say she has bleach-blonde shoulder length hair.  Detectives say she was last seen riding an unknown brand blue beach cruiser type bicycle wearing khaki Bermuda type shorts and a blue t-shirt.

Police say she does not have any known medical conditions and has not made any indication of leaving the area. Detectives are asking that anyone with information on Cornelison's whereabouts to contact Winter Haven Police Detective Mike Leonard at 863-401-2256.
