The case against former N.C. State men's basketball coach Sidney Lowe on tax charges has been continued until September.
Lowe's attorney asked the judge Wednesday for a continuance,
saying they are waiting on information from the state of Utah.
Lowe was arrested earlier this year for failing to file state income taxes from 2009 to 2011.
Lowe faces up to 120 days in jail for each of his three charges.
Lowe could owe the state the full amount in income taxes plus 25 percent interest on each return. That penalty applies to anyone who is more than five months late on their payment.
His hearing has been rescheduled for Sept. 18.
Lowe helped lead NC State's basketball team to a national title in 1983 and took on the role as head coach in 2006 before resigning in March 2011.
