3 HALF BREAST OF CHICKEN
3 TBSP BUTTER
PINCH OF SALT
PINCH OF PEPPER
1 RED ONION 1/4 INCH DICED FOR COLOR
1 CUP GOLDEN ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
12 OUNCE BOTTLE VIDALIA ON ION VINEGARETTE
5 GARLIC CLOVES SMALL DICED
TABLE SPOON DRY PARSLEY
DIRECTIONS: IN A SKILLET SAUTE THE CHICKEN BREAST IN ONE TBSP OF BUTTER TILL GOLDEN TAN ON BOTH SIDES. SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER. WHEN DONE AND CHICKEN IS AT 160F, PLACE IN A CASSAROLE DISH AND SET ASIDE. IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN ADD 2 TBSP OF BUTTER AND RAW ONIONS AND GARLIC COOK TILL TRANSPARENT. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO SAUCE PAN AND COOK TILL REDUCED. ONCE REDUCED ADD SAUCE OVER TOP OF COOKED CHICKEN BREAST AND PLACE IN OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES AT 350F. ONCE THE SAUCE IS BUBBLING THE DISH IS FINISHED. PLACE ATOP A BED OF RICE ALONG SIDE SOME SAUTED FRESH VEGETABLES AND ENJOY!
