DUNEDIN, FL -

Deputies say two teens face child abuse charges after they let two small children ride on the hood of a moving car.

The incident happened early Sunday in a parking lot in Dunedin.

According to Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies, the children were screaming so loudly that patrons at a nearby establishment heard them.

Deputies say 19-year-old Hallie Gray was still in the car when they approached. She raised her hands and said "bring it" before resisting arrest.

Each teen faces felony counts of child abuse. Gray faces an additional a resisting arrest charge.

The children's ages and their relationship to the teens were unclear.
