Despite a 12 minute delay in the 7th from a power outage that occurred while the Spartans were batting, the Minnesota Mavericks were not able to get a rally going.

UT's Jake Schrader was named Most Outstanding Player of the National Finals. He went 2-for-3 Saturday and batted .444 (8-for-18) with two home runs, seven runs batted in and a .944 slugging percentage in five games at the National Finals.
