HEARTS ACROSS AMERICA

The Outdoor Arts Foundation has partnered with the U.S. Unit of the Westfield Group to introduce it's first-ever, nationally touring community art project.  Called "Hearts America," the project is currently being staged at Westfield Countryside where it will remain on exhibit the rest of the year.

Hearts America will feature 24 fiberglass Heart sculptures that are 42" x 44" x 16".  The Hearts are being sponsored by businesses, individuals, non-profits and philanthropists and then painted by Tampa Bay area artists.  At present, 10 Hearts have already been sponsored and the first three, completed by St. Petersburg artist "Rasta" Geary Taylor can currently be seen at Westfield Countryside.

The Hearts will be exhibited at Westfield Countryside throughout 2013 as the remainder of the Hearts are sponsored and decorated.  In February of 2014, the Hearts will begin their U.S. tour, stopping at Westfield properties in cities such as Sarasota, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago and Annapolis.
