The FBI has made a new arrest in the poisoned letters case.  The agency says Everett Dutschke (DUHS'-kee) was arrested early this morning at his home in Tupelo, Mississippi. Dutschke's home and business have been searched this week, but he's insisted he had nothing to do with the letters, which allegedly contained ricin and were sent to President Barack Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and earlier to an 80-year-old Mississippi judge, Sadie Holland.

Family members of the judge say they have had political fights with Dutschke.

Dutschke (DUHS'-kee) is also an acquaintance of the Elvis impersonator who was initially charged in the case. Paul Kevin Curtis says he and Dutschke had talked about publishing a book on an alleged conspiracy involving the sales of body parts, but he says the two ended up in a feud.

Charges against Curtis have been dropped.
