Daytime Low Cal Ribs

Low sugar BBQ sauce 


1 cup amber agave nectar 

1 cup low or no sugar ketchup 

3/4 cup Dijon stone ground mustard 

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 

1 tbsp garlic powder 

1 tbsp dried minced onion 

1 tbsp smokehouse black pepper 

     (Regular ground pepper works too)


Combine all ingredients 

Let sit a few hours or overnight for best flavor results. 



Pat Dry 1 slab pork ribs 

Season with salt and pepper 

Put into pressure cooker 35 minutes 

Take out lay onto sheet pan 

Brush with sauce 

put into oven 

375 about 10-15 min 

BBQ sauce starts to bubble on ribs it's done. 


Enjoy with Lots of napkins and a bunch of smiles
