TARPON SPRINGS, FL (WFLA) -

At least one teen is facing a charge of sexual battery in connection with an alleged assault on a 15-year-old girl.

Tarpon Springs detectives say Jared Alissandratos, 17, had a party at his Tarpon Springs home without any adult supervision.  During the course of the party, the affadavit states that the victim became intoxicated, and was taken into a room to lay down.  Investigators say Alissandratos entered the room, and had sexual intercourse with the victim.  The affadavit states the victim was not able to give consent due to her level of intoxication.

A neighbor says Jared Alissandratos was one of the winners in the 2012 Epiphany cross dive.

On Jared's Twitter page, there's a picture of several empty rum bottles with a tweet that says "what happened last night?"

Police say there may be two other suspects in this case.  Charges will be brought down to the State Attorney for their review.
