TAMPA, FL (WFLA) -

Doctors could decide when Ireland Nugent can go home as early as this weekend.  Her father and the pastor of the family's church plan to talk about her condition Thursday afternoon at 12:30 PM.

The 2-year-old had a medical procedure this morning at Tampa General Hospital.  According to a Facebook post on the Ireland Nugent Support page, "Ireland was taken back into the O.R. around 7:30am. Doctors will be checking her skin grafts and making assessments of the next steps. They will also remove the pin in her thumb and give her a new cast on her left arm."

Another post appeared an hour later, and reads:  "Great News! Ireland is out and the skin grafts look great. One more dressing change (scheduled for Saturday) and then they will decide when she will go home."

Ireland lost her feet and hurt one of her hands in a mower accident.

The community has rallied around the girl and her family.  Chick-fil-A has announced that restaurants in Pinellas and Pasco counties will hold a fundraiser for Ireland on Wednesday, May 8 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  A percentage of all restaurants' sales will be donated to the Ireland Nugent Trust.

Participating restaurants are those in New Port Richey and Pinellas County, including Clearwater, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Pinellas Park, Largo, Seminole and St. Petersburg.

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ireland Nugent and her family as she recovers from this accident," said Jane Melton, area marketing director for Tampa Bay Chick-fil-A Restaurants. "We encourage the community to join us in support of their family as we raise funds for Ireland's recovery."
