PASCO COUNTY, FL -

Two male students at a Pasco County High school are facing serious felony charges for a sex act that happened on school property.

One of the students is facing child pornography charges, because he is accused of recording the sex act on his cell phone and then sharing the video with other students.

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco says he is identifying the students, despite their age, because they are charged with a felony.

The sheriff's office says on March 11 between 11:25 A.M. And 12:00 P.M., 17 year old Cameron Coleman had sex with a 15 year old girl.

Sheriff Nocco says the sex act happened in the media center.

Coleman is now facing charges of lewd or lascivious battery.

"The reason why is, the victim was 15 years of age. Anybody under the age of 16 does not the ability to have consent for sexual relations, so that is why he is being charged.", says Nocco.

Also charged in the case is 15 year old Dillon Falls. Sheriff Nocco says, " During this act, the 15 year old Dillon Falls is a bystander off to the side, pulls out his camera and starts video taping them."

Sheriff Nocco says Falls then shared the video with other students electronically and he believes other students may have the video.

He is urging them to destroy the video, because they may also be charged with possession of child pornography because the victim in the case is just 15 years old.

Sheriff Nocco says the charges are so serious, they may have a negative impact on the two students involved for the rest of their lives.

Nocco says, "You have two people that are now charged with felonies. That's something that, if convicted, they're going to live with for the rest of their lives. They're going to have that record."
