BRANDON FL -

Hillsborough County Sheriff deputies arrested a 70-year-old man who they said shot and killed a man in the living room of his home Sunday night at 513 Clara Drive in Brandon.

Ralph Lewis Wald called 911 himself and told dispatchers he had just shot a man he saw "fornicating" with his wife, deputies told us.

Late Sunday evening Wald got up to have a drink when he saw Walter Lee Conley, 32, in the living room with his wife, according to the HCSO report. Wald went to the bedroom, grabbed his gun and shot Conley multiple times.

Conley died at the scene. Wald waited for deputies to arrive and confessed to killing Conley. Wald's 42-year-old wife was not injured.

Wald is in jail on charges of second degree murder with a firearm.
