Attorneys for Bubba the Love Sponge and Todd "MJ" Schnitt were back in court today.
The judge sent them into mediation to resolve their current issues, but says he wants to get to the bottom of what happened Jan. 23, during the defamation trial involving the two radio hosts.
The drama started in January when Schnitt's legal team accused the other side of a set up that led to attorney Phil Campbell's arrest and DUI charge. Campbell had been at a Tampa bar with a paralegal for the other side on the night of his arrest, and was driving her car. After the arrest, she ended up with Campbell's briefcase.
The judge wants the case wrapped up by late April.
