TAMPA, FL -

Tampa Bay Lightning mascot Thunderbug greeted travelers at the main terminal parking toll plaza at Tampa International Airport Friday to kick off a new partnership between the airport and the hockey team.

Starting today until April 20, team representatives will pick one random guest per day who will win a four-pack of tickets to see the Lightning play at home.

Pictures of Bolts players are featured on the decal of an airport shuttle car at Airside A. Team captain Vinny Lecavalier's voice greets guests on the airside shuttles.

Chris Minner, vice president of marketing for Tampa International Airport, said parking brings in about $50 million a year.

"Parking is a key driver for our funding, it represents about 25% of the total revenue that we generate here at the airport," he said. "And it's how we keep the cost of operations low for our airlines."

Parking at TIA is still free under one hour and at the cell phone waiting lots. You have until April 20 to try your luck in the ticket giveaway.
