PASCO COUNTY, FL -

Pasco County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a man in Port Richey Wednesday who they said sexually abused his neighbor, an 82-year-old woman.

The woman told deputies she had dinner with the man, 41-year-old Thomas Sigler III, last Sunday at a restaurant. She said she didn't invite him into her home afterwards but he walked right in.

She was too scared to fight back when he beat and sexually abused her, according to the complaint affidavit. Sigler III also stole about $450 cash from the woman.

PCSO deputies arrested Sigler three days later. He is charged with sexual battery and kidnapping. His bond is set at $300,000.
