Polk County Sheriff's Detectives looking for robbery suspects

LAKELAND, FL -

Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking your help in identifying an armed robbery suspect in two separate robberies.

The first robbery occurred just after midnight on Saturday, February 16.  Detectives say a masked suspect armed with a silver-colored semi-automatic handgun robbed the Circle K Gas Station located at County Line Road and Cornett Road in Lakeland.

The second robbery took place later Saturday evening around 10:02 p.m.  Detectives say a similarly masked and armed suspect robbed the BP Gas Station at Pipkin Road and Yates Road also in Lakeland.

If anyone has information about either of these incidents or can identify the suspect, please contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863-298-6200.

Anyone with information who wants to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call 1-800-226-tips.
